Our Story

What started as a love for simples, honest food has grown into a full dumpling movement. Using my grandfathers age old recipe, I have been experimenting and fine tuning my obsession to make the perfect dumpling. The Covid-19 pandemic presented the opportunity for me to share my dumplings with the world. From home deliveries to supplying for restaraunts, bars & cafes. To the retail sector in Sydney & Perth. Our new venture has begun with the birth of our Dumpling Food Truck

Dream Team behind Veronton
Growing up in an Asian family, my mum being of Filipino & Chinese descent. Dumplings were a staple of our diet. My mum hand made the dumplings we ate from a recipe passed down from my Grandfather which has now been passed on to me. Becoming a mother quite young and due to lack of time, I searched for pre made dumplings from stores, but nothing ever came close to what I had growing up. We all say nothing beats our mums cooking, in this case I found it to be true. What started as a simple personal obsession was the driving force behind the establishment of Veronton always with my sidekick in tow
